Now you just have to try this if you make lefse. It is ssoooooooo good. Make some lefse and as soon as you get it out of the pan take some butter and smooth over one side. Then take some sugar or better yet, brown sugar and sprinkle liberally over the butter. Roll up the lefse and eat! Oh boy is this good. If you use brown sugar it tastes like caramel! You can also put jam and whipped cream on them or take a bowl and put whipped cream in it and dip the lefse rolls in that. You can do this with lefse that isn't fresh out of the pan but you'll have to heat it up first. Try it out, you'll be surprised how good it is.
