Happy Birthday To Us!
11 September 2000
One year ago, today, The Midhnott Sol Regintroth was born. The web site started
out with two pages and a lot of ideas. Now it's a year later and we still have
a lot of ideas but the site has grown to over 2500 pages. We have had some great
people join us in our work along the way and we have grown as an organization.
We at the Midhnott Sol would like to thank everyone for helping to make our
site a success especially those who have generously contributed to our site
without thought of compensation. People like Jim Johnston who, with his Heathen
Fairy Tales and Norse-ery Rhymes has made the Heathen Family section into what
it is today; Gavin Chappell who has provided us with translations of lore and
great works of fiction in the Heathen Fiction section; Yves Kodratoff who has
provided us with the complete text of Grimm's Fairy Tales in English and German
parallel text; Hank Meeske who also provided some great fiction for the Heathen

You!
