Aunty Alfta's Adventures In Northern Cooking Pie Dough

Aunty Alfta heard that if you wanted a more flaky crust you should keep your shortening refrigerated. Aunty Alfta tried this but found that the refrigerated shortening causes the dough to break apart very easily.
