reiša, f. (1) attendance, service (vist ok öll r.); vinna e-m reišu, to serve, attend; (2) accomodation (į žeim skógi var svį hörš reišan žeirra, at ekki var at eta, nema börk af viši); (3) vera til reišu, to be ready at hand (til reišu er yšr hér vetrvist); konungr lét žat žegar til reišu, the king granted that at once; (4) henda reišur į e-u, to notice, heed (jarl spurši, hvert hann fœri žašan; žeir kvįšust eigi reišur hafa į hent).

reišar-duna, -žruma, f. clap of thunder (eldingar ok –žrumur).
reišast (dd), v. refl. to become wroth, get angry, e-u, at a thing (konungr reiddist Žórr jötninum).
reiš-fara, -fari, a., verša vel –fara, to have a good voyage (uršu žeir vel –fara ok tóku Žrįndheim);
-gata, f. riding-way, bridle-path;
-góšr, a. good for riding (of a horse);
-hestr, m. riding-horse.
reiši, m. (1) tackle, rigging (allr var r. vandašr mjök meš skipunu); (2) harness of a horse, riding-gear.
reiši, n. = reiši, m. (knörr meš rį ok reiši; hestr meš öllu reiši).
reiši, f. wrath, anger; r. hleypr (rennr) į e-n, one gets angry; r. rennr e-m or af e-m, one's anger passes off; bišja af sér r. e-s, to ask one's pardon.
reiši-bola, f. fit of anger.
reiši-duna, f. thunder, = reišarduna.
reiši-hugr, m. wrath, anger;
-liga, adv. angrily, frowningly;
-ligr, a. angry-looking, frowning;
-mįl, n. angry language (var žat meirr –mįl en sannyrši);

reišing, f. (1) uproar, wild confusion; (2) spreading (of a report).
reišingr, m. harness, riding-gear.
reišinn, a. prone to anger, hot-tempered (kappsamr mjök ok r.).

-sproti, m. rod of anger;
-svipr, m. angry look, frown;
-verk, n. a deed done in anger;
-žokki, m. = -svipr.
reiši-žruma, f. clap of thunder.
reiš-klęši, n. pl. riding-clothes.
reiš-lyndi, n. irascibility;
-lyndr, a. prone to anger, hot-tempered.
reišr, a. passable on horseback, ridable (var žar reitt at fjörum).
reišskjóta-mašr, m. groom.
reiš-skjóti, -skjótr, m. riding-horse.
reišsla, f. = reizla.
reišu-bśinn, pp. ready, prepared;
-liga, adv. readily, promptly.
reišu-liga, adv. angrily, with an angry frown;
-ligr, a. angry-looking, frowning, scowling.
reišu-peningr, m. ready, money;
-stóll, m. easy chair (?).
reifa (-ša, šr), v. (1) to enrich, present with (hringum raušum reifši hón hśskarla); (2) to mention, disclose (r. engan hlut ešr kvittu ķ konungshöll); (3) r. mįl, to sum up a case; (4) to end or result in (r. illu); žat mun eigi góšu r., that will bear no good.
reifa-barn, n. an infant in swaddling bands;
-lindi, m. swaddling belt or girdle.
reifar, f. pl. swaddling bands.
reifing, f. summing-up of a case.
reifr, a. glad, cheerful (r. viš e-n).
reigjast (š), v. refl. to bridle up, to show stiffness or displeasure (hón reišist viš honum).
reik, f. the parting of the hair.
reik, n. (1) strolling, wandering; wavering (žar var helzt r. į rįšinu, hvįrt ek munda af rįša); (2) condition; vera vel (illa) til reika, to be in a good (bad) condition; fagrliga klęddr ok vel til reika, finely clad and in good trim.
reika (), v. (1) to stroll, walk (Žrįndr reikaši eptir fjörunni); (2) r. į fótum, į fótunum, to totter on one's legs; (3) to waver (ok reikaši hans hugr mjök).
reikan, f. strolling about, wandering.
