What is UPG?

UPG is an acronym that stands for Unsubstantiated Personal Gnosis or Unusual Personal Gnosis. This is used to describe personal experiences with the gods and goddesses that are not backed up by the existing lore but neither are they contradicted. In general I would think that if a particular UPG is not contradicted in the lore, and the person who experienced the UPG is very well grounded in the lore then it should be considered. So the purpose of this page is to present various UGP's that have been experienced that pertain to the Lady.

The Medlar Fruit	The Lady is very fond of the Medlar Fruit. This a fruit from a European tree (Mespilus germanica). It has white flowers that I think would also be good to offer to her in rites. The fruit itself is apple shaped and when ripe is a dark reddish purple color. Offer her a few of these fruits and see what happens!
Folkvang and Sessrumnir	Folkvang is the Lady's recieving hall where guests are recieved fed and boarded. Sessrumnir is her hof.
Hildisvini and Gullinborsti	Hildisvini and Gullinborsti are two different animals. Both are golden boars. They were twins who were gifted to twins so to speak. Hildisvini belongs to the Lady and Gullinborsti belongs to her brother Freyr.
