Grimm's Teutonic Mythology and Folklore
The most famous works of the Grimm Brothers. Two huge texts on one disk.

Grimm's Teutonic Mythology: Grimm's Teutonic Mythology is Jakob Grimm's masterpiece of Teutonic folklore and mythology. First published by Jakob in 1835, this edition includes all of Grimm's original text and most of the supplement. Also included in this Northvegr edition are translations of the some of the untranslated quotes from the original English translation. These translations come from the 'Grimm's Teutonic Mythology Translation Project', which is a part of Northvegr's Northern European Studies Project (NESP). Those whom are already familiar with the published works of Jakob Grimm know that he quotes a great deal from texts which he does not translate in his publications. The Northvegr Foundation has been conducting critical text analysis studies in order to translate those passages, and in so doing will make this edition of Grimm's Teutonic Mythology the best edition for further scholarship as well as for casual reading. NESP project translations are denoted by double brackets [[]].

Grimm's Household Tales: Over 200 of Grimm's famous Household Tales. Some of these tales are published in various editions, such as Grimm's Fairy Tales, but few editions include all of the tales in their unedited form. This text is in bilinear English and German, and again is an edition first published by the Northvegr Foundation.
